The 2013 Koomilya DC Block Shiraz hails from a vineyard nestled in yellow clay soil, imparting a profound influence on the wine. The expression is darker and more supple, characterized by a creamy undertone that sets it apart. Pure and commanding, it exudes a sense of coolness and excitement. Made in tandem with other Koomilya Block wines, it undergoes the same meticulous process: hand-harvesting, with 20% whole bunches in wild ferments, and minimal sulfur, which showcase the distinctiveness and richness of each site.
