Alain Burguet, a winemaker from the Côte de Nuits in Gevrey-Chambertin (Côte-d’Or), vinifies a plot of Pinot Noir spanning approximately 1 hectare under the Bourgogne appellation. The domaine’s Bourgogne Rouge Les Pince Vin offers a beautiful balance between density of material and aromatic power (small black fruits), with a slightly tannic yet supple mouthfeel that provides freshness. A good Pinot Noir Bourgogne to enjoy now and over the next few years.
