This Bourgogne Chardonnay offers exceptional value among Burgundy whites. With the beautiful aromas of white and yellow fruits, florals, and a hint of toast from oak aging, it exudes elegance and strength. The palate is initially full-bodied and lively, evolving into a well-balanced texture with precise acidity and consistent flavors. Fresh and characterful, it culminates in a long and refined finish.

Meursault Les Clousots is a blend of two Climats: Meursault Les Clous, situated at the crest of the slopes, and Meursault Les Crotots, positioned just below the premiers crus Porusots. Unlike some, this wine doesn’t see any new oak, focusing instead on showcasing the pure expression of fruit with a delightful texture. The compact, serious palate is balanced and remarkably long, driven by a firm core of ripe acidity.

The Cotes de Nuits Villages “Les Croix Violettes” has a beautiful ruby ​​robe. Typical Burgundian nose evoking black cherry, raspberries, and blackberries. Aging (18 months in demi-muids on fine lees) is perfectly integrated. The palate is very delicate, refined, and subtle. An airy, fresh, and delicious Côte de Nuits. Light silky tannins and nice tension lead to a long finish with crunchy fruitiness.

Located at the foot of the hill, with an east exposure in the place called “Champerrier,” at an altitude of 275 meters. Clay-limestone soil with a ferruginous tendency, about 50 cm deep, stony, and well-draining. The nose is ample and expressive, revealing complexity: Sandalwood, licorice, and peppery notes mingle on a backdrop of wild black fruits.

Pierre Boisson’s Bourgogne Blanc gives scents of green apple, citrus oil, and white flowers, with a hint of petrol. Medium to full-bodied, it offers a satiny texture and precise acidity, culminating in a chalky finish delicately infused with oak notes.

Tete de Ponts exhibits a deep garnet color, followed by a powerful floral scent reminiscent of roses, evolving into a rich and concentrated perfume with nuanced balsamic and prune-like undertones. Aged for two years in entirely new barrels, it achieves a balance between its rich, concentrated fruitiness and pronounced acidity. The aftertaste is characterized by its elegance and length.

The 2014 Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Les Didiers Cuvée Jacques Duret (Hospices de Nuits) presents slightly darker fruit notes on the nose compared to the Cuvée Cabet, featuring blackberry and raspberry aromas complemented by hints of orange zest. On the palate, it offers a fresh and vibrant entry with brisk acidity, showcasing a well-balanced complexity and detail that extends to the minerally finish.
