- Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or over.
- All sales are subject to our final confirmation. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days upon confirmation unless customer’s stated.
- Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the following business day

DELIVERY SERVICES AND CHARGES
- Standard delivery service includes delivery to any address on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories as well as self-pick orders
- For delivery to the outlying islands as well as other countries, please consult us
- A free single standard delivery service will be provided for orders at HK$3,000 or above, HK$150 delivery fee will be charged for orders below HK$3,000 unless other promotion terms stated
- For deliveries to multi-delivery addresses, additional of HK$150 per delivery address may be charged
- For late order (after order cut-off time at 14:00) or urgent delivery, additional charge will be occurred upon confirmation, please consult us
- Standard delivery service provides on Monday to Friday (10:00 – 18:00) & Saturday (10:00 – 13:00), excluding public holidays

REFUND AND REFUND POLICY
* L’imperartice Ltd will only accept returned corked, oxidized, damaged labels and faulty wines within 48 hours of the wines to be kept aside and returned to L’imperatrice to the below address (Room 403-406, 4/F, Hollywood Centre, No. 233 Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong). If confirmed by our wine specialist at our office, a credit note or replacement of the bottle(s) will be sent to the account. Wines with a purchased value higher than $600 per bottle or order or older than 10 years, delivered to the account longer than 30 days will not be taken into account unless the wine is confirmed to be corked.
WINE CONDITIONS
* Ullages of all wines offered are top shoulder or better, unless otherwise stated. Although we strive to find wines in their best condition, the Customer must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions, of cases, labels and corks for old wines. We do not accept return wines for any reason, including corked wines. Please contact our sales representatives when any issues arise.
