The “Cuvee Elisa” shows beautiful violet robe, it reveals complexity and concentration, with aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant, and raspberry, with silky tannins and subtle spicy nuances. Made partially from whole clusters of Mondeuse. Aged in 600L barrels on fermentation lees for 9 to 12 months, it showcases stewed fruits mingled with characteristic spicy notes, a fleshy attack, velvety mid-palate, and structured tannins confirming its aging potential.
