Located at the foot of the hill, with an east exposure in the place called “Champerrier,” at an altitude of 275 meters. Clay-limestone soil with a ferruginous tendency, about 50 cm deep, stony, and well-draining. The nose is ample and expressive, revealing complexity: Sandalwood, licorice, and peppery notes mingle on a backdrop of wild black fruits.
