Paradise IV Winery has a rich history dating back to 1848, when James Henry Dardel founded the Paradise Winery with four vineyards along the Moorabool River in the Moorabool Valley. The Shiraz 2011 displays a bright colour with more purple tones compared to the Bates’ Ford. It offers more structure and darker fruits, suggesting a potential for a longer aging. Both wines are exceptional for the vintage, reflecting the natural quality without any artificial manipulation in the winery.
