Bibbiano, Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Vigne di Montornello 2015
The Bibbiano Vigne di Montornello Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2015 is produced from Sangiovese grapes grown on the Montornello slope. In cooler, rainier summers, this wine tends to dilute its structure in favor of broader complexity. The vineyard soil composed of pliocene calcareous clay sediments, including Alberese river pebbles, mixed with sandy layers, gypsum, and red clays. Notable for its bright ruby-red color with violet highlights, the wine offers aromas of cherry, black cherry, currants, raspberry, and cassis. On the palate, it presents an elegant structure with smooth tannins.

Le Salette, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Pergole Vece 2015
The 2015 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Pergole Vece is a classic expression of the region, showcasing richness, generosity, and exuberance typical of the vintage. Predominantly made from Corvina and Corvinone grapes (80% of the blend), with smaller proportions of Dindarella, Rondinella, and Oseleta, it undergoes five months of appassimento, lending it a medium level of sweetness that enhances its volume and richness on the palate. With a high alcohol content of 16.5%, it delivers a powerful finish. This full-bodied Amarone, aged in barrique for 32 months, reveals abundant spice and toasted smoke notes.
