This Coteaux Champenois Vendange Entière 2018 is made by the Champagne house Coessens with 100% Pinot Noir. It is a still wine from the Côte des Bar (Ville sur Arce, Largillier plot). The grapes undergo a 24-hour maceration in whole clusters, followed by aging in oak vats for 36 months. The wine gives a beautiful ruby color, with notes of red berries such as wild strawberries on the nose. On the palate, it offers freshness and power with a clear return of red fruit aromas.
